Current Opportunities

Executive Assistant

Part Time (3 days per week - onsite)

Location: Preston, Melbourne

Start Date: Immediate

We’re seeking a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Executive Assistant to support our CEO & Founding Director, Natalee Leach, at The Payroll Collective.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is looking for a part-time opportunity that fits with school hours. Working onsite 3 days per week from our Preston office, you’ll play a key role in managing Natalee’s schedule, communications and day-to-day priorities while also supporting basic finance admin such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable.

You’ll be her trusted right hand, helping streamline workflows, coordinate meetings and events and prepare internal and external documents. This is more than a support role, it’s about helping a visionary leader stay focused, prepared and moving at pace.
